As your window partner our team knows the importance of working with each level within the commercial construction industry, from the architect to the project manager and labourer on the tools. We invest time into every segment of the build process to ensure that you, the builder, get the care and attention you require as the key mover behind the construction. In this way we can be directly in touch with the project as it progresses: we feel the urgency of timelines and the necessity of specifications throughout the entire journey. Being in touch at every step of the way also ensures we keep a close eye on the budget and remain within limitations as required.
The Process
We discover your goal and work together to find the best way Summit can assist you in achieving your goal. Original drawings analysed, queries discussed, and recommendations made for any unique or feature items as required
Initial quote submitted. We take care to discuss this first quote with you, ensuring you have all the information you need to make your decisions product quality, compliance and cost savings before we submit your pre-construction quote
After job approval shop drawings accepted, we order your materials and perform a site confirm measure up. You'll meet your project manager who will be your direct point of contact for the remainder of the project.
In house manufacturing commences and an indicative installation or delivery week is provided (broken down into stages where required). Weekly updates on your project are shared via email.
Installation/delivery completed. We supply and fit any flyscreens at a later date to ensure they aren't damaged throughout the remainder of the project
Project completion and review. We provide the glazing certificate, a care package and cleaning and handling guide, and schedule 6 month and 12 month performance reviews
