Shore Court, Shearwater

Another month passes, another stunning build completed! Much to the delight of the clients, Heazelwood Homes and Starbox Architecture certainly delivered a sharp finish on every point for this home in Shearwater. We made a number of unique choices from across our versatile and ever growing range, and we’re impressed with how our products have fitted the brief and contributed to the overall look of the home.

The Pop Out Window

Making a striking architectural feature from without and offering a stunning view from within, the pop out window featured here makes statements both inside and outside the home. The design of these windows allows for more natural light inside the home, offering an even more spacious feel across the kitchen and dining area. We can certainly see here why the pop out window is continuing to grow in popularity across architectural builds!

The 476 Wide Style Commercial Door

The 476 wide stile commercial doors used here are compliant for any application that requires large hinged doors, and make an impressive visual statement suited to many styles of home. Due to the extra width in the stile the clients were able to customise with feature door locks, and our standard lever handles are hidden within the width giving a seamless look.

The Colour Selection

Another unique feature of this house is the aluminium colour selection. Monument Textura was chosen for the lower level windows and doors, whilst the upper floor is finished in Surfmist Textura to complement the lighter cladding. This creates a contrasting feel across the spaces, grounding the lower level and lifting the upstairs with a light and bright aspect.

It’s important to us to be able to provide just what the client/architect are looking for, and to make a contribution to the structural statements that mark our industry. Having access to our complete ranges across both commercial and domestic product suites allows us to choose the best fit for the design of the house, rather than being stuck within particular parameters.
